- If you are 2017 batch (First semester), you can enter your Register number as “2017-18 Batch”.
- Be honest & truthful about the all the details you provide.
- If you fill the form multiple times, the last one will be considered and all previous submissions will be lost.
- Last date for submission is September 15th,2017. Please spread the word among your friends & batchmates.
